Rita Costa Gabriel, founder, and principal of Filosofia do Espaço, is a Portuguese Architect. With a culture of design and architecture that comes from her family, was graduated in Interior Architecture by Ricardo Espirito Santo Foundation, and is responsible to create multi-faceted, experiential residential, hospitality, commercial and retail environments.
Filosofia do Espaço seeks to listen to the customer, understand their concerns and create unique environments, aligning aesthetics to functionality.
Among Filosofia do Espaço’s most notable projects are Marriot Hotel, named the Best Luxury Hotel & Spa of the Year in Portugal by the prestigious Luxury Travel Guide, Curaçao Marriot Beach Resort, Hotel da Baixa and, most recently, and still work in progress, Pen Resort Curação, a 5-star hotel, autograph collection luxury, all-inclusive.
